The art of Benjamin Rabe

Benjamin Rabe is one of the most talented (and most admired) touch screen artists on the scene. His understanding of colour and form is second to none. Some artists seem to struggle somewhat in their efforts to move from physical painting and sketching to touch screen based art. Not so with Benjamin Rabe!

Be sure to follow his work on Flickr.

I totally agree with you. I have been following his work for many years now and he is the leader in form, color and wry humor. Adore his work. And your blog. always well done.

guys, you are too kind! big honor getting mentioned here, your blog is a constant source for inspiration.
to be honest, I never really did use physical paint, whenever I tried, I failed. and went back to sketching. so it was only on the iPhone and later the iPad that I started exploring colors/shapes/strokes etc. - maybe that's the reason it feels more natural to me than using 'material' to create paintings…
