Hi there,
I would like to have photosmith 2 for 2 reasons:
1) Add information to my photos to protect my copyrights.
2) For smart grouping.
THanks
~ Sumit
The feature I am looking most forward to is 2-way Syncing with Lightroom. This alone makes the app!! Thank you.
Corrupt Image Protection!!! just came off of a crash....and lost a lot of work, and the stuff i did recover was magically corrupt... So that would be an awesome feature to have as well as the batching of categories and tags. that would enable you to be really efficient when dealing with quantities of photos.
Sync, sync, baby!
Would love to win this. Looking forward to he 2-way sync with Lightroom and the native export function.
How I hate to sit down and sort my photos into folders and categories. Photosmith is truly an answer to that for those who like me hate to go through photo by photo, copying and pasting.... Great job guys!
Corrupt image protection and ability to choose iPad album import gets me in........sweeeeeeeeet
Syncing back and forth with the Mac and finally improving my workflow.
Mostly it's about the syncing but also about the smart albums. This looks awesome!!! Thanks for the opportunity to win a copy!
I'm looking forward to being able to do my tagging, sorting and grouping on my ipad while sat on the couch with my feet up, having a beer. Instead of being hunched over my PC in the cold spare room :) When I do need to venture into my "Lightroom Dungeon"... BOOM! All my work will be there with the two way sync... Wicked!
My favorite new feature is two way sync with Lightroom!
Upload to external drive is not realized yet. Other features sound promising.
2 way sync will be the killer feature for me.
For me it's all about the speed of dealing with larger images...
For my work I'd love the batch tagging/keywording functionality, plus being able to do initial quality control while still on the move!
initially i thought it would be the two-way sync, but i think i am actually looking forward to the re-worked ui the most.
2-Way Synch with lightroom will make my workflow so much more flexible! I want!
Smart albums sounds like a great feature to have but the two way syncing with Lightroom is the killer feature. Surprised this isn't available in this format for Apeture.
If the next iPad OS update allows you to delete either your raw or your jpeg version when you've imported both into the pad then it will pretty much be a perfect tool for hobbyist photographers like me
I really like the 2-way sync feature. Well done.
As an 1st Gen iPad Owner I am really looking forward to the improved stability and memory usage so I can finallly add Photosmith to my workflow.
It looks great :)
I travel quite a bit, and sometimes to locations where carrying a lot of gear is tough. A camera connection Kit and Photosmith on the iPad + 3G means I can send out the images to the client even before i'm back.
2 way synch, tagging and organization.
the 2-way sync feature would be really handy
There are too many features to list here that will make my work flow so much easier. . . there are two I'm really excited about.
The first is EyeFi support, I like to show people I shoot what the pictures I've just taken of them look like not only will I be able to do this instantly but also before I'm home I'll be able to catalog them, give them key words and then sync them as soon as I'm either back in the office of home. . . this is going to save me so much time, how cools that?
The second feature I'm looking forward too is Loupe view. . . I'm often shooting in quite bright light conditions and it's often hard to see the histogram on the back of my camera, being able to quickly not only the picture in loupe view but also instantly be able to see the histogram at the same time is going to be perfect to know if I want to keep the picture or mark it for deletion and all this on the way home from a shoot before I'm even back in the office.
A first class product.

The feature I am most fascinated by is the 2-way syncing with Lightroom. Stunning! Very clever!
sync is the thing
I was finally able to purchase Lightroom very recently, and would LOVE to win a copy of Photosmith to go along with it. That way I would be able to manage my photos on my iPad as well. I think the sync feature is what I'm most excited about, but really I am excited for everything!
